At Daiso Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase provided items are in their original, unopened packaging with a valid receipt.

Bring your items and receipt to the service counter of any Daiso Australia retail location. Our team will inspect the goods to confirm they meet our return conditions.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once approved, you can choose an immediate exchange for another item or receive a refund via your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing.
